Cults really the winners in Iowa?

So, what do you get when Christians vote for Santorum?  The two front runners coming from two different religious cults!

A Cult is a Cult

The above is a severe, solemn and devastating charge to make—a charge we have documented in the past and in support of which additional evidence will now be given. I challenge any church leader to public debate who declares that this assertion is false. If proven wrong, I will publicly repent. But if this accusation is true, then a major shake-up in the evangelical church is required, including repentance by many of its most highly regarded leaders. I solicit your help in providing church leaders with the facts they need to identify this cult—facts of which I myself was ignorant years ago when I, too, failed to identify the Roman Catholic Church as the cult it is.

And,

The Plain Truth about the Mormons

To escape U.S. laws, Young led the Mormons from Nauvoo to Salt Lake City in 1847 (which then belonged to Mexico). For the next thirty years, Young and his “saints” laid the foundation stones of the Mormon cult.

So the question is why on earth did 50% of Iowa republicans vote for members of two different religious cults?  Your guess is as good as mine…  So what do the front runners have in common with the current President?  Hmm  I wonder?

I’m sure Rick ‘the progressive’ Santorum is a nice guy…  when he isn’t loosing Senate races by the largest margin in recorded history…  Proudly proclaiming how he brought home the ‘pork’, (although I doubt our Dear Leader would shake your hands with all that bacon fat on your hands) and trying to take away people’s 2nd amendment protected rights.  But I don’t need somebody who is even less conservative than libertard Romney.

“He voted for a bill in 1999 disguised as an attempt to increase penalties on drug traffickers with guns… but it also included a provision to require federal background checks at gun shows.” “And then he voted with gun-controlling Democrats Dianne Fienstein and Frank Lautenberg to mandate locks on handguns in 2005.”

For the love of God how did Tea Party members vote in mass for somebody who has voted more times for big government progressive laws than anybody else in the race?  And he belongs to a cult!

Now in all fairness, even though Romney is not my favorite person, it’s not fair to describe the LDS Church as a cult when talking about the Catholic Church…  Kinda hard to compare a religion that has murdered more people, and propped up so many dicators through history.  But hey, that was only the last 1500 years or so of history :)  Don’t get me wrong, I understand Romney does have some religious issues still :)

Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS Church) is one of the largest Mormon fundamentalist denominations[3][4] and one of the largest organizations in the United States whose members practice polygamy.

For the record, my tongue has been firmly pressed against my cheek for this post, we all know the ‘Dear Leader’ isn’t a Muslim – or so he claims….  And if Christians have problems with Romney’s faith, how they could vote for a more liberal progressive like Santorum is completely confusing.  When you have true Christians in the field, who believe in smaller government such as Paul and Perry.

Hopefully when Christians in South Carolina figure out that Santorum belongs to the Catholic Cult, they’ll won’t repeats Iowa’s mistake and vote for a true conservative.
