Cults really the winners in Iowa?

So, what do you get when Christians vote for Santorum?  The two front runners coming from two different religious cults!

A Cult is a Cult

The above is a severe, solemn and devastating charge to make—a charge we have documented in the past and in support of which additional evidence will now be given. I challenge any church leader to public debate who declares that this assertion is false. If proven wrong, I will publicly repent. But if this accusation is true, then a major shake-up in the evangelical church is required, including repentance by many of its most highly regarded leaders. I solicit your help in providing church leaders with the facts they need to identify this cult—facts of which I myself was ignorant years ago when I, too, failed to identify the Roman Catholic Church as the cult it is.

And,

The Plain Truth about the Mormons

To escape U.S. laws, Young led the Mormons from Nauvoo to Salt Lake City in 1847 (which then belonged to Mexico). For the next thirty years, Young and his “saints” laid the foundation stones of the Mormon cult.

So the question is why on earth did 50% of Iowa republicans vote for members of two different religious cults?  Your guess is as good as mine…  So what do the front runners have in common with the current President?  Hmm  I wonder?

I’m sure Rick ‘the progressive’ Santorum is a nice guy…  when he isn’t loosing Senate races by the largest margin in recorded history…  Proudly proclaiming how he brought home the ‘pork’, (although I doubt our Dear Leader would shake your hands with all that bacon fat on your hands) and trying to take away people’s 2nd amendment protected rights.  But I don’t need somebody who is even less conservative than libertard Romney.

Prison Planet.com » Paul Campaign Targets ‘Liberal’ Santorum As Iowa Battle Begins

“He voted for a bill in 1999 disguised as an attempt to increase penalties on drug traffickers with guns… but it also included a provision to require federal background checks at gun shows.” “And then he voted with gun-controlling Democrats Dianne Fienstein and Frank Lautenberg to mandate locks on handguns in 2005.”

For the love of God how did Tea Party members vote in mass for somebody who has voted more times for big government progressive laws than anybody else in the race?  And he belongs to a cult!

Now in all fairness, even though Romney is not my favorite person, it’s not fair to describe the LDS Church as a cult when talking about the Catholic Church…  Kinda hard to compare a religion that has murdered more people, and propped up so many dicators through history.  But hey, that was only the last 1500 years or so of history :)  Don’t get me wrong, I understand Romney does have some religious issues still :)

Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS Church) is one of the largest Mormon fundamentalist denominations[3][4] and one of the largest organizations in the United States whose members practice polygamy.

For the record, my tongue has been firmly pressed against my cheek for this post, we all know the ‘Dear Leader’ isn’t a Muslim – or so he claims….  And if Christians have problems with Romney’s faith, how they could vote for a more liberal progressive like Santorum is completely confusing.  When you have true Christians in the field, who believe in smaller government such as Paul and Perry.

Hopefully when Christians in South Carolina figure out that Santorum belongs to the Catholic Cult, they’ll won’t repeats Iowa’s mistake and vote for a true conservative.

Ron Paul’s dangerous Iranian policy?

So against my better judgement, I’m watching the Sunday morning talk shows, and I keep hearing a repeating theme that somehow Ron Paul’s stance on Iran is dangerous.  Don’t get me wrong I’m not happy about Iran getting a nuclear weapon, but I realize stopping it just isn’t realistic.

I keep hearing republicans say we have to stop Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, at any cost…  Santorum was on Meet the Press this morning preaching this same line, we’ll start a war to prevent Iran from getting nukes.  So lets look at exactly what that involves and tell me who has the real dangerous policy towards Iran.

There is the argument that we can stop Iran’s nuke program via an air attack, and while this sounds feasible at first glance it’s not a solution to the problem.  First, Iran has a state of the art air defense system, incuding SA-10 top of the line Russian surface to air missiles which are effective against stealth aircraft – you can read more about Iran’s air defenses here - http://geimint.blogspot.com/2007/09/iranian-sam-network.html

So what does this really mean?  We can take out their air defenses, but it will take months not days to prosecute an air war against their nuclear program.  Even after those weeks of risking American lives and planes, at the end the best we can hope for is a delay of 18 to 24 months in their nuclear program, then we’ll be right back where we started.

So, we have to put troops on the ground to stop Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, but this isn’t goat herders in Afghanistan or straving Iraqi’s who had most of their military destroyed 10 years before.  We’re talking about a country that has a real military, and a will to fight.  We’ll have to put 350,000 to 400,000 troops into their country, and best case we’re talking months and months to destroy their entire ability to create nukes.  Once we’re done then comes the question about rebuilding their country and the nightmare we’ve already seen when trying to do nation building…

Except what happens for the months we’re attacking Iran trying to delay their nuke program?  Oil tankers in the gulf are dodging shore based missiles and sea mines as oil prices spike.  What happens in south america?  How do we keep Russia and China from getting involved in a shooting war?  Then you have Iran tossing missiles at Isreal, hoping that we can keep them from getting involved, or more concerning tossing dirty bomb style missiles or worse into Europe and at our troops in the region.  Then what do we see here in the US, there are Irainian backed terror cells operating in the states, what happens if they’re turned loose?  What happens to our economy through this entire mess?

Don’t get me wrong, we could win the war, but at what cost?

Lets face it, we’re not going to start a ground war in Iran, anybody telling you we’re going to stop Iran at all costs, is lieing to you…  Or that somehow the danger from doing nothing is somehow greater than the danger of invading Iran…  are just telling you what you want to hear.  At the end of the day, nobody running for President in the republican party is going to do what it takes to stop Iran from getting nukes, it’s all just a game…

So, which is really the more dangerous foreign policy here?

President Bush gives Romney the kiss of death

So I’m watching Fox News right now, and see that President Bush Sr. has endorsed Gov. Romney for President.  Passing up Perry the governor of the state he currently lives in.  I’m sorry President Bush, but your endorses convinces me he’s the wrong canidate for this country. You sir were a complete failure as a President, and your flip-flopping on taxes for the middle class.  We don’t need anymore Presidents who will compromise our rights, money, and freedoms away to the progressives both within the party, and the Democratic Socialist party!

Just say no to electing Obama (aka Romney or Newt) light as the republican nominee!  It’s time for a real change, and Gov. Romney means more corporate welfare and fewer freedoms for citizens.

Sheriff threatens FDA inspectors with arrest

I’m not sure I want to buy raw milk..  I’m sure somebody out there will tell me all the reasons I’m wrong…  but, I know I don’t want to government telling me what I can and can’t buy or sell…  So this seems like yet another over react by the federal government, surprise surprise.

Atleast the local sheriff has read and understands the Consitution, and is trying to put a stop to the federal harrasement, need to get this guy elected to Congress and help put a stop to government over reach.

As a producer of raw milk, though, Hochstetler — operator of Forest Grove Dairy south of Middlebury — finds himself at the center of controversy. He’s faced repeated inspections by federal regulators, apparently, and his situation prompted Elkhart County Sheriff Brad Rogers to intervene, advising the feds to watch their step or face arrest by his department.

“With Mr. Hochstetler, he’s had harassment and ongoing visits that were unreasonable,” said Rogers, who told federal officials in a Dec. 2 email that they would need warrants before conducting any more inspections of the man’s farm. “I just told them they were no longer welcome unless they had a warrant.”

Now, judging by the response to his actions in the blogosphere, Rogers is the toast of online raw milk activists and others who think the federal government oversteps its bounds.

“I think it’s great that the local sheriff is supporting the local farmers,” said Gary Cox of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, a non-profit group active in defending access to raw milk.

The sky is falling, Ron Paul looks to win in Iowa

Looks like Ron Paul is going to win Iowa, and the progressive republicans are up in arms.  Maybe instead of worrying about Iowa, they should be worrying about control of the party in the future.  Socialist-lite is no longer an acceptable plank for the republican party.

Conservatives and Republican elites in the state are divided over who to support for the GOP nomination, but they almost uniformly express concern over the prospect that Ron Paul and his army of activist supporters may capture the state’s 2012 nominating contest — an outcome many fear would do irreparable harm to the future role of the first-in-the-nation caucuses.

Obama says he’s the fourth best President ever – LMAO

Well, clearly Obama lives in a reality distortion field of some sort…  because only a complete moron would consider this economy and the current foreign policy mistakes to be in the top four Presidents in history.

First Mr. President, the examples you listed are some of the worse Presidents we’ve ever had in the history of our nation…  Lets start off with Johnson who created the great welfare and socialism state wwe currently have in this country, and in the process have set us on a course of complete government control over every part of our lives, which will result in the bankruptcy of this country….  Yeah a real winner there.

Then we have FDR, who is for sure in my top 3 or 4 worse Presidents ever, here we have a guy who almost singlehandly started us down the road to socialism, started an unconsitution insurance policy (then a couple months later arued in court it was a tax not in insurance policy – where have we seen that before Mr. President?).  Issued an executive order stealing all the gold from private citizens in the country forcing us to accept worthless fiat paper money instead, then turn around and sold the gold for a $10 oz profit!  Allowed Pearl Harbor to be attacked, without warning the commanders on the ground so they could defend themselves just to draw the US into a global war!  FDR was an evil man, there is a reason the country issued term limits just a short while after he died.

Then we have my gold star worse President in the history of this country, the one we brainwash every school kid into thinking was the greatest thing to ever happen to this great nation…  where do I start with this despot?  Lets see, how about ordering troops to fire on crowds of protesters in New York city?  Or exiling sitting members of congress from the North who were against the war?  Or shutting down newspapers who didn’t tow the party line about the war?  Or even better yet, violating virtually every sentence in the Consitution!  I can see why he’s one of your idols Mr. President, King Lincoln had a lot of power, power I’m sure you’d like to have!

No, Mr. President you’re not the 4th best President in the history of this nation, 4th worse? Probably not, you’re so incompetent you can’t even get there.

President Barack Obama sat for an extensive interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes” last week, though it appears the portion of the interview actually broadcast on TV left out a statement where Obama essentially declared himself the fourth best president in terms of his accomplishments. The statement was only made available online as part of the full interview on “60 Minutes Overtime.” According to a transcript posted on the “60 Minutes” website, Obama said he would hold his accomplishments so far as president against those of Lyndon B. Johnson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.

It would never happen here, not!

Need to get rid of some pesky protesters?  Just prevent them entire town from having any food delievered until they agree to your demands.  Only in communist China?  Or a tactic we’ll see used on protesters in this country soon?

Huang Rongbiao, owner of a restaurant in Wukan, said in a telephone interview yesterday that villagers were allowed to come and go from Wukan as long as they don’t bring in food supplies. Residents had organized to distribute food to the poor, Huang said. Wukan is about 150 kilometers (93 miles) east of Hong Kong in Guangdong province

Hands in the air, drop that sperm!

Wow, just wow…  I’m not sure I’d order sperm off the Internet, but two consenting adults and all…  Unless they find a fraud I don’t see how on earth you can make this illegal.  But, hey more corporate welfare for Doctors and the healthcare industry…  have something anybody with half a brain can do?  Make it illegal unless you have a medical degree.

The FDA has issued a stern warning to Trent Arsenault of Fremont, California: Stop donating your sperm over the internet or you’re going to prison.

The 36-year-old engineer at Hewlett-Packard has been donating his sperm online since 2006, when he answered a personal ad from a local couple trying to have children, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. Since then he’s fathered 14 children and has more on the way. Last month alone he impregnated three women through his donated sperm.

Evil munchkin is finally dead!

Well, I’m not sure if this is good news or bad news…  Unstable evil guy goes to hell, but younger even more unstable guy takes over…  If I was a solider in the south, I’d get ready for some fun…  it’s going to be a bumping ride in 2012…  With that said, this youtube video is somewhat on topic ;)

Kim Jong Il, North Korea‘s longtime leader, has died at 69 of a heart attack, state TV reported on Monday in a “special broadcast.” State media reported that Kim suffered the heart attack while riding a train on Dec. 17, and that he had been treated for cardiac and cerebrovascular diseases for some time. It said an autopsy was done on Dec. 18 and “fully confirmed” the diagnosis.

Holder provided explosives for Oklahoma City bombing!

If true, and I stress ‘if true’ this is a major bit of news.  Holder has managed to murder a lot more than a single border patrol agent.  He needed to go before, if this is true he needs to be tossed under the jail.

Eric Holder, current attorney general of the United States, managed an FBI operation that provided explosives to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols just prior to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, according to official documents released during the ongoing investigation into government foreknowledge of the supposed terrorist attack.
