It's a rare time in history to be able to watch what might well be the start of a war between super-powers, but currently none of the cable tabloids (news) stations are covering the war between Georgia and Russia. The big twist this time... It's an ally of the US and an important partner on "the war on terror". But, the American Sheeple are too busy watching the Olympics and talking about some 40 year old shank sleeping with a political has been.

George W. Bush, the US president, said attacks by Russia on Georgian targets outside South Ossetia were a ”dangerous escalation” of the crisis and called on Moscow to halt the bombing immediately.

No clue how this will end, but it's easy to see that it could 'escalate' out of control very easy.
